Terms of Use

1. Purpose

PepFold is a pharmacogenomic intelligence platform operated by Olam Création. The service provides, through a REST API, analysis of genetic variants (SNPs) to generate pharmacogenomic profiles, candidate compound proposals, and synthesis protocols.

These Terms of Use define the conditions for accessing and using the service.

2. Service Access

Access to the service requires an API key obtained after purchasing an analysis pack on pepfold.com. The API key is personal, confidential, and non-transferable. The user is responsible for its safekeeping and use.

3. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

• 1.Use the service exclusively for scientific research, development, or academic exploration purposes.
• 2.Not use the results as medical diagnosis, medical advice, or therapeutic prescription.
• 3.Not share, resell, or redistribute their API key to third parties.
• 4.Respect usage limits and not attempt to circumvent the service's security mechanisms.

4. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, databases, software, interfaces, and content of the PepFold service are the exclusive property of Olam Création. The user is granted a limited license to use the reports generated for their personal or professional research purposes.

Reports generated by the service may be freely used by the user in their research work, provided that PepFold is credited as the source.

5. Limitation of Liability

Olam Création takes all reasonable measures to ensure the quality and reliability of results. However:

• 1.Results are provided “as is” and for informational purposes only.
• 2.Olam Création does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of results for any particular purpose.
• 3.Olam Création disclaims all liability for the use of results for medical or therapeutic purposes.
• 4.Olam Création's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant analysis pack.

6. Amendments

Olam Création reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts of Toulouse, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
